Our Middle School performance training is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. This program focuses on building a strong foundation in movement mechanics, body awareness, and general athleticism to support long-term physical development and sport performance.
Program Objective:
-Teach proper form and technique for bodyweight and resistance training exercises
-Improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility, and mobility
-Enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance
-Promote injury prevention and healthy training habits
-Foster confidence, discipline, and teamwork
Each session combines dynamic warm-ups, skill-based drills, plyometrics, strength training and conditioning challenges tailored for middle school students. Whether your child is a competitive athlete or just getting started with fitness, this program helps build the skills and habits needed for lifelong health and athletic success.
Our High School performance training program is designed to develop well-rounded, resilient athletes by enhancing physical performance and reducing injury risk. This comprehensive program focuses on strength, power, speed, agility, mobility and conditioning - providing student-athletes with the tools they need to compete at a higher level.
Program Objective:
-Develop proper lifting techniques with progressive resistance training
-Improve explosive power, linear speed, and change-of-direction quickness
-Build muscular endurance, flexibility, and core strength
-Emphasize injury prevention through mobility work and balanced programming
-Support athlete-specific goals while encouraging accountability and leadershipSessions follow a structured training plan tailored to the needs of high school athletes, incorporating evidence-based methods such as periodization, plyometrics, and sport-specific movement patterns. This program is ideal for both in-season and off-season development and can be adapted for athletes across all sports and general fitness goals.
Athletes are able to choose to train in-person 1,2 or 3 days per week at one monthly price. Prices range from $99-$199 per month
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes in duration.
